Early this year I was approached by Penny, wedding planner supreme at Tigerlilly Weddings about my availability for a wedding at Brockett Hall in the Summer. Well, we all know how I feel about Brockett Hall!
I jumped at the chance and arranged to meet up with the lovely Hannah at hers for a trial. Hannah was delightfully accommodating as my little girl was still only very small at the time and had to accompany me along with my husband, literally wherever I went at this time.
Hannah showed me some images and we had a chat and from this we created a very soft, muted look using delicate shades and keeping the overall look subdued yet defined. I knew from knowing and loving her work how Polly shot and I wanted to give the chance for Hannah’s beautiful skin and features to really shine through.
I created a flawless base using a combination of a Face Atelier foundation sheered out with Laura Mercier Illuminating tinted moisturiser. And imperfections were camouflaged with LM secret camouflage and I added a flush of colour to the cheeks with Une Creme Cheek colour.
I kept the eyes simple with some matte contouring and highlighting and used a deep black/bronze pencil at the lash line to create definition. The lashes were filled in with individual lashes on the outer third.
The lips were lined and filled in with a lip toned pencil from MyFace and layered with a delicate Maybelline gloss.

So elegant, so beautiful and just the most stunning bride. Don’t you agree?
